WELCOME

I’m Trish and I’m glad you’re here. If you’re reading these words, I believe it’s because you are seeking something for yourself. Maybe you are ready for a change and looking for guidance to clarify your path, or maybe there’s something that needs healing, rejuvenation or connection. Whatever brings you here, know that you already have what you need inside of you. That’s your power.

As a trauma-informed Breathwork Coach and Reiki Master Teacher, my work is to create and hold space for you, to serve as your guide back to your whole self. One-on-one or group sessions are sensitively designed to anticipate the messy and unexpected, the light and the dark and to witness the beauty along the way. I believe that when we allow ourselves to be supported, we expedite our own healing and self-discovery. I know this to be true from my own experience. And when we work together, I meet you not just as a teacher, but also as a student.

My own experience healing trauma through breathwork deepened my conviction in its transformative power. I have always felt called toward the healing arts, but it was an unexpected medical emergency that pushed me to unequivocally commit myself to helping others. When we make the choice to heal ourselves, to bring more light and love to our lives, we experience life as we are meant to, as our true, whole selves. Join me.
