Silence notifications on your phone
“Wide Open Spaces” Meditation
Visualize yourself walking through rolling green hills, stretching as far as the eye can see. See the grass and wildflowers underfoot, and feel the clean fresh breeze on your face. You are the only person as far as the eye can see. Notice what it feels like to move through the wide open landscape, with no limits, no boundaries, and no restrictions.
Take 5 deep breaths and then open your eyes.
Return to this meditation when you feel stressed or constrained.
