I’m excited to be partnering with my breathwork coach and mentor, Gwen Dittmar, to bring Activation Breathwork Certification Training to the East Coast.

This is a 3-month certification in breathwork through a science-based, somatic, spiritual psychology, shamanic, and trauma-informed lens.

The Saturday classes are a full day 10am-4pm, with 1 hour lunch break. The Sunday classes are a half days from 10am-1pm.

In this deeply experiential training, you will embark on a personal healing journey, awaken your gifts, and discover how to share your unique essence. Transform yourself and others from trauma to safety, fear to love, separation to connection, control to trust and surrender, ego to heart, and from feeling stuck to fully expressed and expanded.
