I’m excited to be partnering and co-facilitating with my breathwork coach and mentor, Gwen Dittmar, to bring Activation Breathwork Certification Training to the East Coast.

This is a 3-month certification in breathwork through a science-based, somatic, spiritual psychology, shamanic, and trauma-informed lens.

The Saturday classes are a full day 10am-4pm, with 1 hour lunch break. The Sunday classes are a half days from 10am-1pm.
