We open in circle, naming what we're ready to release. Restorative yoga softens the body. Breathwork opens what we've been holding too tightly.
After a light lunch, guided journaling puts it on paper. Group acupuncture meets you where you are. Sound healing carries you into a quiet rise — lighter, more whole than when you arrived.
No experience required. Come as you are. We'll guide you from there.
